Transforming Military & Defense With Advanced Fueling Technology

AIRCO has partnered with the U.S. Department of Defense to accelerate the integration of resilient, low-impact fuel solutions into military operations.

As one of the first companies to prove that its CO₂-derived synthetic fuels can power vehicles across air, land, and sea, AIRCO has demonstrated the power, versatility, and real-world potential of its cutting-edge AIRMADE™ Technology.

Air

In partnership with the Air Force’s Project FIERCE, AIRCO achieved the first-ever unmanned flight powered by 100% synthetic jet fuel derived from CO₂. This noteworthy flight, utilizing AIRMADE® SAF, underscored AIRCO’s capacity to supply fuel for military aviation.

AIRCO showcased its CO₂-derived AIRMADE® Fuel in a Polaris MRZR tactical vehicle at the U.S. Military Academy. The fuel matched fossil diesel performance with reduced exhaust smoke. This demonstration capped a study showing the viability of AIRMADE® Fuel production that could be integrated into an
Army nuclear reactor energy hub, which is intended to bring
back nuclear reactor operations to the Department of the Army
for the first time in 50 years.
