First-of-a-kind synthetic aviation fuel facility

Overview

The AIRCO SAF Factory

The AIRCO SAF Factory is a fully integrated synthetic aviation fuel facility designed to use AIRCO’s AIRMADE® SAF technology at commercial scale and establish a repeatable factory model.

Using captured carbon dioxide and low-carbon hydrogen, the facility produces finished aviation fuel through the AIRMADE® SAF pathway under real operating conditions. Developed as a bankable reference plant, it demonstrates performance, operability, and repeatability at scale, creating a clear template for future SAF projects.

Planned scale

~20 million gallons per year (target)

Target commercial operation

2031 (subject to project development)
